December was a crazy month, as always! On December 8th, Mom and I went to sit the in the Golden Ticket seats at the Rick and Bubba show. It was so much fun! Me and the girls' from high school got together at Jaclyn's house and had a great time catching up and stuffing ourselves with great food! I also had my friends from college over to my house for our yearly Christmas get together. This year we all wore our pajamas! It made it easier to eat more yummy food! We went to Columbus, MS to have Christmas with Scott's family and to Corner on Christmas Eve with my family. We had Scott's family over Christmas Day night for steaks. Just glad we got to eat them since Jake snuck one off of the kitchen counter and tried to eat it! Scott and I had a great Christmas. Scott got me a necklace/earring set, perfume, and a houndstooth bag. I got him a gift card to Academy and some stocking stuffers. Santa Clause also came to see Jake and Chloe! We were glad to be able to spend time with our families and catch up. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and has a happy new year! Now off to get ready for Pasadena!!! Roll Tide!

Merry Christmas!!! and an awesome story!
Yes, it's Christmas morning and I'm updating my blog!! Scott is still asleep and I'm waiting on him to wake up to open presents! I keep waking him up and he keeps going back to sleep ;). Wow! What a year! Well, at least the last few months. Scott and I moved to our new home in September. We're still working on decorating, but it's coming along! See pics below. There is a 3rd guest bedroom that I didn't take a picture of because it's such a mess! It's the room we put everything in until we find a place for it! We're going to make that room into an office. We are also very excited to be making the trip to Pasadena in a couple of weeks! Roll Tide! We've had an awesome season! As most of you know, Scott is a wine salesman. A few months ago, he was given the entire Tuscaloosa territory and has been doing great. He has been helping out a good bit over the holidays at Spirits, his largest account. Yesterday he was given the task of delivering a basket to Sheriff Ted Sexton. Well, Scott was joking around and told the owner to make a basket for Nick Saban and he would deliver it. So they did! I picked Scott up to go to Birmingham for family Christmas and we went to deliver the baskets. We pull up to the Saban's house, which is awesome, and are talking about how it would be awesome if he opened the door but that would never happen. Guess what?! He opens the door!!! I think Scott was at a loss for words as was I!! He shook Scott's hand and told him thank you. We were so pumped!!! Merry Christmas yall! I'm going to try to wake Scott up again!!

Long time no post
I haven't posted since March so I guess it's about time! A lot has happened! Let's see...Julie, Troy, and the kids moved to Northport in March. I love that they are so close now! In April, Safe Haven kicked off with an Easter Festibration and the first service in the theater in June. It has been awesome! We had a couple of weddings over the summer and now a lot of friends having babies! We finally sold our house in August and moved to our new home last month. I'll get pics of it up soon. Football season has started! Great year so far. We took a trip to Kentucky last weekend and had a blast! We even went to our first horse race and won $40! Woo hoo! Hope everyone is doing well!

Update
I haven't posted in a while and I guess that's because not much has been going on! We put our house on the market about a month ago, just to see if we could sell to take advantage of the "buyers market" right now. No takers yet. We went to Mardi Gras in February with some friends which was a blast! We went to 3 parades, hung out at the hotel with a band playing in the parking lot, and went to the ball Saturday night. We can't wait to go back next year! Julie and Troy arrived in T-town Wednesday afternoon. Now instead of being 6 hours away they are only 10-15 minutes away! I'm loving it! We definitely won't have any problems getting together for our birthdays this year. One of my best friends and roommate in college, Jaclyn, had her beautiful baby boy in February. He's so cute! It seems like everyone is preggers right now! I'm not drinking that water. I'm content with my furry children. Jake, by the way, is 110 lbs now! He turned a year old on March
3rd which was also Dad's birthday! Chloe will be 5 at the end of the month. Then the snow last weekend was unreal! I was just glad it waited until Sunday because I threw Mandy's lingerie shower Saturday night! That was a lot of fun! She'll be getting married at the end of the month. I can't believe it's almost here! Well, I guess more has been going on than I let on! Hope everything's going well for everybody! um. this slideshow for some reason has this song so just mute it! I have not idea how that happened. (4/4/09: I took the slideshow off. The music was driving me nuts! If you missed the pics and wanna see them just ask!)
