Introducing... Jake!!!

Yes, we have a new addition to our family! Scott bought a chocolate lab yesterday. We finally decided to name him Jake, but haven't come up with his "official name" for the registration. Chloe had a hard time with this at first, but she's beginning to warm up to the idea of having a new playmate!

Julie came to Tuscaloosa with the kids, so we took them to the park to play following a fun time in the mall! lol

I love these babies!!!

Julie is here for the week with the kids and we got to spend some time with them over the weekend! They are so awesome. We had a great time playing! And Julie and I got to take the infamous birthday picture!

Happy Birthday Scott!!!

Today is Scott's birthday - 26. I took him shopping at Old Navy on Saturday and I'm taking him to eat at Fleming's in Birmingham tonight. It's not so bad having a birthday right after the anniversary! (at least he remembered ;) ha ha)

A year ago today...

I can't believe how fast the past year has gone by. Scott and I got married a year ago today! Whew! We made it through the first year! It has been great. We aren't really doing much, but since his birthday is tomorrow, I'm gonna take him out to eat in Birmingham. He's got it easy! lol. Everyday just gets better and better!

A Day and the 78,000

We went to the A day game on Saturday. We got out to the quad around 12:00 and watched Nick give a speech at Denny Chimes. We then had all intentions of joining the other 78,000 inside the stadium, but we got hungry and went to Taco Casa instead! Here are some pics from the day. I took the one of the little girl because I thought it was hilarious!

It's cute

For the second time, a bird has built her nest at the top of the column on our porch. I noticed today that the baby birds have arrived! I couldn't get a great picture, but I thought it was cute!

Oh my gosh!

For those of you who don't know, New Kids On The Block were on the Today Show this morning!! I was so pumped! This was the first concert I went to so I had to add this video so everyone can remember the awesomeness! lol Who remembers the dance? I do!!
